Over the past decade, Adina has worked alongside nonprofits and private firms in the policy and advocacy space, helping teams navigate change, strengthen strategies, and build processes that make their day-to-day work easier. Their background in political research and sociology from American University in D.C. laid the foundation for a career focused on people, systems, and how organizations adapt to new challenges.
Adina’s experience includes both in-house consulting and leadership roles, from building and managing departmental operations and financial reconciliation to running large-scale fundraising events, improving Salesforce data quality, and overseeing the paid internship program at the ACLU of Georgia. In that role, they designed learning-focused curricula to support interns’ career growth while fostering a pipeline of future advocates. They’re especially skilled at guiding organizations through transitions—whether that means introducing and migrating teams onto new tools, refining workflows, or aligning stakeholders around a shared vision—while keeping projects on track and team members engaged.
Adina is also a classically trained pianist and spends her free time painting; her favorite mediums being acrylics, watercolor, or using her iPad for digital art. Raised between Queens, New York, and Tübingen, Germany, Adina speaks both English and German. They now call Georgia home, where they live with their husband, daughter, four cats, and three chickens.
