Devan Tucker is a CRM strategist and business analyst with over 20 years of experience helping nonprofits strengthen fundraising and engagement through smarter systems. She has led enterprise-level transformations for organizations including CARE, World Resources Institute, and RESOLVE—driving data governance, user adoption, and long-term scalability.

With a career foundation in fundraising and donor relations, Devan brings a unique lens to technology projects, ensuring CRM solutions truly support mission-driven work. She has deep expertise with Salesforce NPSP, Blackbaud CRM, Raiser’s Edge NXT, as well as marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and HubSpot. Most recently, as CRM Director at CARE USA, she stabilized Salesforce NPSP, streamlined donor operations, and integrated systems, including Blackbaud Luminate Online.

Known for bridging business requirements with technical solutions, Devan has worked across fundraisers, finance teams, IT professionals, and executive leadership to deliver CRM systems that improve data integrity, increase efficiency, and empower staff.

Based in Washington, D.C., Devan lives with her husband of over 15 years and their two sons. She is passionate about community volunteering and youth mentoring, and enjoys mysteries, crime shows, and discovering new restaurants. She holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, as well as Salesforce Administrator and HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certifications.
