Jess is passionate about leveraging technology to support data-driven decision making and help nonprofits maximize their impact. She provides expertise across operations and financial systems, with a focus on improving data integrity, enhancing cross-departmental collaboration, and developing scalable and sustainable technology solutions.
Jess has worked as a consultant with mission-driven organizations at different stages of their technology journey, including 350.org, Central Synagogue, Essie Justice Group, Facing History and Ourselves, JDC Entwine, and Pancreatic Cancer Action Network. Her approach combines deep technical knowledge with an understanding of the unique challenges nonprofits face in balancing mission impact with operational efficiency.
Jess holds a BS in Chemistry from McGill University and maintains certifications as a Salesforce Administrator and Dell Boomi Professional Integration Developer. Jess lives in northern Vermont with her family and spends her free time enjoying the outdoors through paddling, trail running, and camping.
