Aparna is passionate about helping organizations achieve their missions with more efficiency and ease using technology. She has a background in technology strategy & operations, business process analysis, process automation, database implementation, and technology leadership advising.
She has held operations and technology roles at Global Citizen Year, Atlas Corps, the Institute for Shipboard Education, and South Asian Americans Leading Together as an Americorps VISTA. Aparna has also served as a Salesforce strategist and administrator at various nonprofits, and she is well-versed in the unique challenges and opportunities of working at small nonprofit organizations. Aparna is dedicated to supporting individuals and organizations operationalize big, bold, audacious ideas.
Aparna holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and a minor in International Development & Conflict Management from the University of Maryland College Park. She also holds certifications in Salesforce Administration, Product Management, and Nonprofit Technology management.
Beyond her professional experience, Aparna enjoys organizing local nonprofit technology community events, researching and cooking recipes from around the world, and enjoying the beautiful outdoors in the Bay Area.
Skeleton Key Strategies is based in the United States with clients from around the world. We are a fully remote company operating in Lisbon, London, and in the U.S. on the traditional and unceded lands of the Stockbridge-Munsee people of the Mohican nation in Western Massachusetts; and in the Portland, Oregon Metro area, which rests on traditional village sites of the Multnomah, Wasco, Cowlitz, Kathlamet, Clackamas, Bands of Chinook, Tualatin, Kalapuya, Molalla, and many other tribes who made their homes along the Columbia River.
